  • ID is required before check-in through an approved third-party partner.
  • ID verification and damage waiver or deposit required prior to check-in. This property requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (authorization hold). Alternatively, a non-refundable damage waiver ($89 for stays up to 10 nights, plus $2.50 per day beyond 10 nights) may be purchased. Either the security hold or the damage waiver is required to complete check-in.
